The AWT Trading s. r. o. Subsidiary

After the subsidiary AWT Rekultivace PL s. r. o. was founded on December 8, 2011, with the task of performing activities in the construction, recultivation and renewal areas in Poland, there was an agreement signed by the management of Advanced World Transport a. s. and the management of our Company on January 24, 2012 to sell and transfer the whole business share of the AWT Trading s. r. o. company. Thus our second subsidiary’s business includes activities related to the international trade with military material within the range allowed by the appropriate law, and also manufacturing, trade and services. We will also endow this company with other business permits and activities in order to augment and expand the AWT Rekultivace a. s. “group” business portfolio.
